This
is me or it was me at age 24. Since most of the photos of my
family's earlier generations were taken when family members were in
their early twenties, I tried to keep things fairly consistent. (HA!)
As
a result of one of those mid-life career changes so many of us have
experienced, I returned to college about a decade ago for certification
in computer graphic design. Today, I freelance in computer graphics,
teach for an area junior college, and have been adding multimedia and web animation skills.
In what seems like another lifetime, I once worked as a civilian recreation
director for the U.S. Army in Europe (Germany), followed by several
years as a human resources analyst in Pennsylvania. More recently, I
was the executive assistant and newsletter editor for a national trade
association. (They were great people to work for, but have relocated
their office several states away.)
As
far as hobbies and interests, I really am my father's daughter. Like
him, I have too many to ever be bored. Favorites include "playing"
on the computer, music, jewelry-making, travel, gardening, photography, movies,
reading and, of course, tracing our family history :-)
